A large company in the energy sector was struggling. Staff felt disconnected from work and each other after 3 years of remote work. They risked losing talent.

We focused on defining the team’s purpose, identify barriers, and helped the team grow confidence in themselves and their leader.
Staff completed a psychological survey followed by 1-to-1 interviews. We designed a session agenda with the organisation.
The day includes activities to help the team connect with each other. We ran through the survey results and ran through activities to highlight strengths and opportunities.
The team got an insights report of the team’s strengths and opportunities. A debrief and recommendation on next steps was also provided.
I was available to work with the team directly as their ‘team coach’ to help with skills building sessions to help the team work better together.
I offered 1-to-1 coaching with team members and debriefs with the team leader, along with more measurements of psychological safety to track progress.
