Today, the business has grown significantly, while having advised thousands of Australia’s top organisations – now the business is known as Louise Gilbert.
I help leaders to manage change and guide teams to achieve excellence through my proven model known as the “three pedals of excellence.”

Nothing excites me more than new ideas, which means I am constantly learning and looking for different ways of doing things. I am a bit of a change junkie – I never settle for the status quo.

I’m continuously learning: I’ve also completed most of a Master’s degree in IT Project Management and I’m a qualified makeup artist!
